Return conditions:

We, at sachmatukas.lt, aim to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you decide to return an item, we provide clear return terms:

Refund period:
You can return the goods within 14 calendar days of receiving them.

Condition of the returned item:
The returned item must be unused, undamaged, complete and in its original packaging. If the item has been used or its condition has deteriorated, we reserve the right to refuse to accept the return.

Goods return procedure:

1. Contact us by email or phone and inform us of your desire to return the item.

2. Once approved, package the item and ship it to the address we provide.

3. Shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is returned due to our error (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item).

Compensation conditions:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the money to your specified bank account within 7 business days.

Items not eligible for return:

Certain categories of goods (e.g., custom orders, custom-made goods) cannot be returned unless they are of poor quality.
